Notre Dame. Win this game. Win it for every ND football fan who has to put up with the shame and taunting for far to long. Win it for the children that will grow up to love ND. Win it for the older fans who want to see at least one more great Irish victory before they pass. Win it for the the future players out there, that they will understand what makes Notre Dame so great and so different. Win this game for every ND football player who graduated without beating the Trojans. Win it for Charlie who had to deal with Willingham's mess amidst the haters and the nonbelievers. With it for your fellow students, who bleed blue and gold and have gotten too little, too late in return. Win it because they said you couldn't. Win it because you know you can. Win it for your teammates who are giving every ounce of strength they have and need you to do the same. Win it for yourselves, so that in fifty years, wherever you are, you'll know where you were in Notre Dame Stadium on October 17th, 2009 the day Notre Dame refused to lose to USC again. That you left everything on that field, and you became legend in return.
