The Irish put together a solid all-around effort last week against a horrendously terrible Purdue squad. Air Force presents a different, tougher, and more interesting challenge. Bob Diaco would go a long way in silencing the remaining critics if his defensive unit squashes the Zoomies' ground attack today.Air Force's defense is banged up and out-manned, especially on line. ND delivers today and reminds the mouthy Tim Jefferson that the Irish are on their way to becoming a force.
